Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a licence to rent a boat in Sant Elm? +
- Not always. Our boats up to 15 HP (like the Peixet or the Palomera) can be rented without a licence. Larger boats require a sailing licence or renting with a skipper.
- How much does it cost to rent a boat? +
- From €180 for half a day. The price depends on the boat, whether you book a half or full day, and the season. You can see the exact price on each boat's page.
- What's included in the rental? +
- Every boat includes a bimini top, portable cooler, dry bag, snorkelling masks and final cleaning. Some also add fuel. They are also equipped with GPS, Bluetooth radio or a freshwater shower.
- Where do the boats depart from? +
- We are in Sant Elm, southwest Mallorca, facing the island of Sa Dragonera — the perfect starting point to discover turquoise coves.
- Can I rent with a skipper? +
- Yes. If you don't have a licence or simply want to relax, you can rent with a skipper. On some boats, such as Muppet, sailing with a skipper is mandatory (included in the price).
- Is a deposit required? +
- Yes, a refundable deposit is taken when you pick up the boat; the amount varies by boat. It is returned in full at the end if everything is in order.
